Where It All Began
Trust Consulting Services was founded in 2015 by James Radford, a dedicated veteran who turned his passion for service into a thriving business. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Trust Consulting embodies Mr. Radford’s commitment to excellence and community.
James Radford earned his MBA during a distinguished 12-year career in the Air Force. He continues to serve others through missionary outreach work for displaced veterans, a cause close to his heart.
During his time in the Air Force, Mr. Radford honed his contracts, acquisitions, and project management skills. After leaving the military, he applied his veteran-gained expertise in high-level roles within the Department of Defense and Civilian Agencies. With this rich background, he launched Trust Consulting Services to expand and diversify the services he could offer and the people he could help.

Trust provided USDA FNS with full cycle contract administration and management support under the acquisition management services to create a more streamlined employee experience.
Department of Justice
Trust Consultancy and the Department of Justice have been cooperating to provide the division with financial management and IT and Networking support to iron out the internal affairs of the agency.
Chicago Transit Authority
Chicago Transit Authority hired Trust Consultancy to work on its IT PMO activities, acquire project assistance guidance, and develop a seamless project management methodology for coherent internal affairs.
